For a long time I felt the need to be perfect. If I didn’t know the answer to a teacher’s question at school I would clam up. I thought I had to know the right answer, always.
I recently started a new job and I’ve tried to approach it with less of a perfectionist energy. It is not my responsibility to fix the parts of the company that are broken.
It doesn’t always have to be good, just good enough.
